Unable to sleep? Fall asleep in Five minutes. Without medicine

Do you find it difficult to get to sleep at night? Find yourself tossing and turning for what seems like (and probably is) hours? Here’s some ways you can fall asleep faster TONIGHT!



1. Environment set up
  • Keep your room dark.
  • Set comfortable Cool temperature of your room
  • Adjust your pillows to keep your body aligned.


2. Do the FOUR-SEVEN-EIGHT breathing exercise
This breathing exercise will help lull you to sleep for free:
  1. Breathe in through your nose for four seconds.
  2. Hold your breath for seven seconds.
  3. Slowly breathe out through your mouth for eight seconds.
  4. Repeat this process three more times or until you fall asleep.

Note- The most important part of this process is holding your breath for eight seconds. This is because keeping the breath in will allow oxygen to fill your lungs and then circulate throughout the body. It is this that produces a relaxing effect in the body.
